Plans

Anzen offers three pricing tiers:

Starter Plan

Every new workspace starts on the Starter plan. It includes core CMDB, ITSM, and basic risk management at no cost, with a maximum of 5 users and 1 GB of evidence storage. The workspace admin's email must be verified before additional users can be added.

Professional Plan

The Professional plan removes the user limit and unlocks advanced compliance features: control tests in the Service Portal, the template library (ISO 27001, NIS2), scheduled control tests, 4-eyes review, SSO/OIDC, email notifications, and 10 GB of evidence storage.

Pricing is €12.99 per user per month (incl. 21% BTW), billed per user with individual billing periods. Each user's billing cycle starts on the day they are added.

The billing flow works as follows:

1. Complete your billing information (company name, address, VAT ID).
2. A superadmin or user with the Billing:manage permission initiates the upgrade.
3. Anzen redirects to Mollie for the first payment, which establishes a SEPA mandate.
4. After successful payment, the plan is activated and the first invoice is generated.
5. Subsequent invoices are generated automatically at the end of each user's billing period.
6. Payments are collected via recurring SEPA direct debit through Mollie.

Invoicing

Anzen generates Dutch-tax-compliant invoices (facturen) with each billing cycle. Invoices include per-user line items, subtotal excl. BTW, 21% BTW, and total incl. BTW. PDF invoices can be downloaded from the Billing page.

For EU businesses outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT ID, the reverse charge mechanism applies: 0% BTW is charged and the invoice notes “BTW verlegd” in accordance with Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EG.

Payment Failures

If a payment fails, the tenant billing contact and platform admin are notified by email. Anzen automatically retries at day 3 and day 7. If the payment remains unpaid after 7 days, the workspace is downgraded to the Starter plan. Existing users are not removed, but the 5-user limit applies for new users.

Downgrading

You can downgrade from Professional back to Starter, provided you have 5 or fewer active users. Any remaining time on active billing periods is not refunded. When you downgrade, future billing is stopped immediately.

Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise plan is for organisations that need unlimited storage, custom integrations, SLA guarantees, data residency options, and dedicated support. Requesting an Enterprise quote sends your contact details to the Anzen sales team — the plan is not self-activated.

Who Can Manage Billing

Superadmins and users with the Billing:manage permission can view billing status, manage billing information, upgrade, downgrade, view invoices, and retry failed payments. This permission can be assigned via Roles in the management interface.
